What time should I arrive? We encourage our guest to arrive at least 15 minutes before services begin. This allows you the opportunity to find your way around and also to meet some of our wonderful church families.

 

Is Sunday School just for kids? Absolutely not. Pleasant Valley Baptist has Sunday School for all ages. We encourage everyone to be a part of these classes.

 

Do you have nurseries? Yes! We encourage parents with children 5 and under to use our nursery for all services. At Pleasant Valley Baptist we understand the challenges associated with young children when trying to worship. We do our absolute best to make sure your children are adequately cared for in our nursery with loving and friendly childcare.

 

Is there a dress code? No. While all of our staff and leadership, as representitives of our church, wear traditional Sunday attire, we do not have a required dress code for visitors or regular attendees to our church.

 

Do you provide transportation? Yes. We are pleased to pick up anyone in need of a ride for church. To arrange for transportation please call (559)381-2452.

 

Does the pastor preach the same message in all services? No. No two services are exactly alike. We encourage everyone who desires to attend to be in all of our services (Sunday am, pm, and Thursday pm). Our pastor typically preaches a particular series in each of these services (eg. Thursday evenings from the book of Revelation).

 

Can I attend one of your special activities? Absolutely! We host men's, ladies, and childrens activities for anyone who desires to participate. To see each of our upcoming activities please see the page entitled current events.
